How Does this work?
All updates from Final Security to you, and from you to Final Security will all be through the US Postal Service (USPS). This process will include how you manage your devices with us. Any policy and procedure updates will also be mailed via USPS.
Periodically, Final Security will mail, via USPS, a status update with your current registered devices and account information. Please note that no device changes will be accepted over the phone or email.
We will provide all needed documentation for you to include with your future plans. One of the doucments will provide instructions on how designate someone to contact Final Security to notify us of your passing.
When the time comes, and we have confirmed your vital status, an authorized team member goes to the designated location to physically wipe, clean and/or destroy your device(s).
